How to Ebay again?.... that's the questions people that got suspended from ebay looking for... including myself. I've been searching for years for the answer.. I've tried different method but still E-bay found out and close my account again and again (they said it was linked to my previous account) - even after I tried my relative account. Finally, I found something that really works.. and it is used by other Ebay's power seller legally

Here is the list you need to open a new ebay and paypal account:

  1. make sure that your computer is clean before you apply for a new E-bay account. Use firefox instead of internet explorer (FF have option of clear private data). (see further info)
  2. make yourself invinsible. (see further info)
  3. get a new email address, tried gmail or yahoo.
  4. get gift card credit card (see further info) and open a new bank account.
  5. then apply for new ebay and paypal account.
  6. verify your paypal account so your account would not be limited.
  7. start selling slowly.
  8. make sure you use ebay image hosting instead of on your own server.
  9. uninstall any ebay software or previous seller manager (like vendio, timbercreek, etc... because they will automatically link to you previous ebay account)

Optional:

  1. consider accepting google checkout. (saver, cheaper, received $10 bonus... see futher info)
  2. get a new phone number in any area code, regardless of your location

Limited Paypal Account

Paypal claim that they only hold their limited account user monies for 6 months to make sure that all payments are cleared from fraudulant activities.
And to solve this matter yet, you have to supply them "FULL Disclosure Requirement" just like when you want to re-instate your ebay account. However, sadly this usually this does not help in realeasing your money sooner than 6months.

To make sure you got all your money out before they limit your account:
You have to create 2 bank account: one for paypal/ebay and the other is for personal use.
Always transfer your remaining paypal balance, never let more than a few dollar to accumulate, then to your personal account. (do it as soon as possible... do not wait until paypal freeze your account... you will then have no ability to access your paypal and bank account connected to it.

Money that has been transfer to your personal account can not be touch by paypal.

KEEP IN MIND, Paypal will limit your account and all account associated with yours, if you transfer a large amount of money between paypal accounts.

Welcome to my Ebay suspension solution

I'm so fed up with ebay safe harbor and rules that does not make any sense. They do not give people a chance to explain their situation. When ever they decided to close your account... that's it no questions can be asked. You have no way to get in touch with them. You can only send them email and once you get a reply it always the same automatic reply. or if someone answer it this will be their answer: "I am sorry I couldn't be of further assistance to you at this time." (what kind of answer is this? then who can tell us what we are doing wrong and how to fix it?) I have no Idea where the money goes... they collect millions from their sellers but no customer service. (they tried to hide themselves... they know what they are doing is wrong.. that's why they do not want to give them their contact number.) Someone with higher position in ebay should do an investigation of their employee... I suspect some of the safe harbor people do a side trading and once they find their competition.. they will eliminate them their way . For some people E-bay is their future, their family lived based on their business in E-bay.. they trust Ebay and so they quit their previous job and to start small E-bay business.. but what Ebay do? they offer nothing to protect their seller. Find out why some seller with a lot of negative feedback still able to sell here. I'll that is why I am here... I want to help you guys back on Ebay... I'll try to answer all questions in timely manner.
